1. Service Agreement:
By using LOA247.com or hiring Live Office Assistant for Bookkeeping, Web Design, or Startup Formation, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms:

Monthly Packages: Billed on the 1st of each month.

One-Time Services: (Startup Packages/Web Design) Require payment upfront or as agreed upon in the service contract.

Grand Opening Specials: March Madness pricing ($150) is valid only for the month of March 2026.

3. Limitation of Liability:
LOA provides professional administrative and bookkeeping support. While we strive for absolute precision (Exceptional Experience. Every Time.), the client is responsible for the final review of all financial filings and legal documents.

4. Revenue Recovery:
LOA acts as a third-party representative for collections. Fees are performance-based (10% of recovered funds) unless otherwise stated in your specific package.
